How do I create a project plan and what should it include?


A project plan is one of the few documents that will be referred to every day through out the project life cycle.The project plan not only includes all of the tasks that in the work breakdown structure, and resources, it more importantly includes all of the milestones for the project and when those tasks are to be completed. The project plan it-self should be signed off by the project stake holder and customer. It should be reviewed at least on a weekly basis by the project manager prior to completing a project status report.
