My question: Is it true that you don’t charge maintenance or support fees annually?
Our answer: Yes that‘s true. While we release new versions of the Task Management Software several times a year, we do not change an annual maintenance fee for doing so.
Nor do we charge a support fee for providing you with 1st 2nd and 3rd level support. In this way, the only price you pay is the upfront price for the product. All later versions come for free. We would like to see you upgrade to other editions of our software or multiple user licenses, so that you can increase the use of our products in your organization.
