Recruiting a project team is another incredibley important part of the project management life cycle. You need to complete a number of steps each of which determines the skills and capabilities of the staff required in order to deliver the major components of the project. Your project will consist of a suite of roles and responsibilities each of which will comprise the entire project team. The steps you need to take in order to recruit the most suitable people to your project include identifying all of the roles and responsibilities needed for the project, identifying a process for recruitment of each staff member including part time, full time, contractors and suppliers and then executing that recruitment process to ensure that the right people are included within the interviewing process and appointed to the roles specified.
