The Project Life Cycle (otherwise known as the Project Management Life Cycle) is a process that you go through, to deliver a project from end to end. The steps taken to complete a project are as follows:
1) Initiate the Project by completing a Business Case, Feasibility Study and Project Charter. Then hire your team and appoint the contractors.
2) Plan the project by setting out all of the tasks that need to be undertaken to complete the project.
3) Execute the project by undertaking the tasks listed in your project plan.
4) Close your project by documenting the results, releasing staff, contractors and suppliers.

You need one if you want to standardize on the way you manage projects, to gain a greater level of efficiency. In other words, if you tackle projects in the same way every time, then soon enough you get extremely good at managing them and before you know it, the risk you incur with every new project reduces and you enjoy a greater level of project success from it.

“What is the difference between your solution and Project Management Software ?”
Good question. While you can download and install our Project Management Methodology on your PC, and while it functions as software, you wouldn’t really call it traditional Project Management Software. It’s more of a project methodology framework that allows you to create project management methodologies for your project teams. Whereas traditional Project Management Software actually tracks your projects and tells you whether they are on time or late. It helps you report on progress and it helps you manage risks issues and changes as they arise.
