“How is the Project Life Cycle included in your product, aligned with PMI and Prince2?”
When writing our Project Life Cycle content for both Method123 and MPMM, we started with the two worldwide standards, PMI and Prince2. The objective was to create a suite of content that was aligned as closely with these 2 worldwide standards, without infringing on their intellectual property rights.
We wanted to define these standards at a more detailed level, so that they could be implemented for projects more practically – while remaining generic enough to suit all project types and all industries. We believe that we have achieved this. The product suite is closely aligned with the Project Life Cycle included in these two worldwide standards, and it’s one of the few products in the market that has achieved such a close level of alignment.

A common question we’re asked is “What types of Project Management Tools do I need to deliver projects?” We believe that there are 3 types of Project Management Tools that are a must have for the project management industry.
First, you need Project Management Templates, such as those provided at www.Method123.com – as they save you time creating project deliverables.
Secondly, you need a Project Management Methodology such as that provided by www.MPMM.com, as it guides you in delivering projects step-by-step.
And finally, you need smart Project Management Software such as www.ProjectManager.com to monitor, track and report on projects.

We have just released the latest edition of the Project Management Methodology product suite. MPMM Enterprise includes all of the Project Management Methodology features that the Professional edition has, as well as two smart offerings.
Firstly, it allows you to export all of the content included to a web page on your internal intranet. This means that your project office staff can create customized project methodologies, and you can then publish those methodologies on your corporate intranet. Your project managers and team members can access this content across the web. The second neat offering is the provision of a corporate license to use the MPMM content openly in your organization.
