Do you have a multi-user version of your project management methodology and if so, what is the difference between it and the single stand alone version?
Yes if you have a whole team that you want to purchase this project management methodology software for, then no longer do you have to buy single user licenses. You can download a multi-user version of our software through our support department. The installation process will be the same, however the difference is that you will all be able to share the same project management methodology database.

I would like to upgrade from an old version of your project management methodologies, to the latest version. How can I complete this?
As we come out with a new version of this project management methodologies software every 8 weeks, it’s a common thing for users to want to continue to upgrade all of the time. When you login in to our “Customer download area”, you will be able to download all of the latest versions of our software nice and easily. Having first backed up your data and uninstalled the software, you will be able to install the new version quickly and then re-import your data to get back on track with your projects.

If you have windows vista, then our recent release will allow you to create and customize a project management process quickly and effectively.
While few applications in the market currently support the Windows Vista platform, we have already released a new version which is fully supported on this platform. In fact, we have been running on the vista platform for more than 12 months now, and the application is incredibly stable. We have also integrated it with the latest version of Microsoft Office 2007 and other applications, to give you the best user experience possible.

I have changed teams and I would like to move my license for your project management process, from one PC to another. Can you please tell me how I should do this?
Yes we do have a preferred project management process for moving your license from one PC to another. You will firstly export all of the content onto a local file folder. Then uninstall the license and contact us once this process is complete. We will reset your activation count so that you are able to reinstall the software on another PC of laptop device. It’s that simple.

The license terms provided for these project management methodologies are stated clearly both on our website and within the product itself. In fact, you will be given the opportunity to read them, each time you download a new trial edition of the software. These terms explain the copyright ownership, creation of derivative works, license fees and warranties provided with the product so that you can use the product in a legal and unhindered fashion.

Under which situations can I copy the textual content included in your project management process suite?
If you would like to copy content from the methodology into another methodology within this project management tool set, then feel free. However if you want to copy content out of the product and into other external materials, then you will need to read the license terms, as certain restrictions apply.
