Q: I have created a new project management process and I now want to delete it. Can you please give me advice on doing this, without affecting the other project management processes included within this project management software?
A: Sure. To delete only the content that applies to your project management process, select the process in the left hand side navigation panel. Then use the Edit / Delete menu option to delete the project management process from your software. Remember that any content pages, templates, case studies or other project management process content that is listed under the item you have selected in the hierarchy, will also be deleted at the same time. If you only want to select certain pages, then you will need to select each page individually and use the delete function described above, to delete it.

Q: I understand that a new version of MPMM has been released? Can you please tell me more about it?
A: Yes the Professional edition of our project management methodology has undergone massive improvements, to meet the demands of our customers. The latest version, version 4 now includes a new navigational hierarchy on the left hand side, new menu options, new buttons on the button bar and a new way of navigating content using internet explorer like tabs which you can open and close.

Q: What is the upgrade path for your project management tool kit?
A: If you are interested in upgrading from the Educational edition of our project management tool, to the Standard and Professional Editions, then write to us and we will consider giving you a rebate on your earlier, less expensive purchases. Generally we like everyone to be running the Professional edition of our project management software, so we will help you to get there whenever we can. While we cannot guarantee upgrade rebates, we will consider them on a case by case basis.

Q: Is your project management process readable by the visually impaired?
A: Yes if you are visually impaired, then you will probably be using a very low screen resolution so that all of the software on your PC appears to be larger, making it easy to read. We have tested our project management software at very low screen resolutions and it functions well as expected. We have also included a suite of project management process diagrams in the content, to help you to read through the procedural steps and understand what it takes to deliver projects from start to finish.

Q: Can we add our own company project management branding to your software so that it matches our own internal corporate color scheme?
A: In the current edition of our software, you can do this to a limited extent. You can remove most of our project management logos and replace them with yours, add your own corporate colors and catch phrases, as well as customize all of the content and terminology. In the future, you will also be able to replace the banner with your own banner, and choose a color scheme which suits.

Q: Can I use your project management process to set up a wiki for project management in our organization?
A: Yes there are a variety of way of doing this, although you will need to conform to the license agreement terms and conditions. Within just a few months, we will release a client server version which will enable multiple users to be able to access the same project management process at the same time. In this way, you will be able to use this project management software to create processes and wikis and have multiple people updating and reading them at the same time.

Q: I’ve recently downloaded a trial of your project management software but I cannot seem to access the Word or Excel templates. Can you please instruct me whether the Word and Excel templates exist as the product description seems to suggest that the templates are part of the Professional Edition?
A: Yes the project templates certainly exist. They are included in the Standard and Professional editions. You can view the project templates easily using the trial edition, but you will need to purchase this project management software to be able to export the templates into Microsoft Word or Excel.
